The Process

Pre-production:
Establishing a plan, setting strategic objectives, analysis of client's needs/wants, analysis of current online efforts, analysis of targeted audience, gauging the short-, mid-, and long-term objectives of the project to provide scalability for future enhancements.

Production:
Includes all of the design and creative skills to develop the site. This involves ease of navigation, look and feel of the site, site flow and interactive aspects (may include database integration, user customization and personalization of content.) For ecommerce sites, this phase will include consultation, software implementation depending on needs and processing solutions. Finally, developing customer service solutions (customer inquiries, support, delivery and follow-up) play a vital role in the long-term success of a site.
